However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If a refund is necessary, please read the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to our Silver Membership which includes access to our Courses, Private community and Group Coaching. Anything else purchased from a third-party vendor or reseller are subject to their own refund policies. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

The Silver Membership was purchased within the last 15 days.
The client should have completed the 3-day course, Stronger Life Model on our Teachable school
The client has notified us of their desire for a refund within 15 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

Silver Membership that is in progress and has been active for more than 15 days
Higher level Memberships- Gold and Diamond Memberships
Membership that has been terminated due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the client.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email- support@adarshdesai.com and provide us with the following information:

Name and contact information of the person who made the purchase.
Date of purchase.
Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Dispute Resolution

If a client disputes a refund decision, the parties shall work together in good faith to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may initiate arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
